At Tinye Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new suit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original hygiene liners intact. Please ensure items are free from makeup, tanning products, or scent to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective hygiene stickers are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
